Finance Manager

About Our Client

This organisation is at the forefront of one of London's largest infrastructure projects, with a mission to create lasting environmental and social impact. They are seeking a Finance Manager to join the Financial Control team, supporting the transition from construction-phase to an operational finance function.

• Play a key part in transitioning the company from a large corporate entity (assets under construction) to a smaller operational entity.
• Preparation of statutory financial statements and management accounts.
• Oversight of internal reporting and maintenance of robust financial controls.
• Support for budgeting, forecasting, and financial model accuracy.
• Lead on tax compliance, including VAT and corporation tax filings.
• Take on treasury tasks, such as payment and cash management as well as servicing debt and swaps portfolio.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, or CPA
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and legislation
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• An attractive salary package ranging between £80,000 and £85,000 per annum
