Management Accountant

Halliday Marx have partnered exclusively with a Financial Exchange firm in the first stages of a rapid growth phase both globally and in the UK.

This multi sited, London based company want a qualified Financial / Management Accountant to join a busy and growing Finance Team.

The role reports to a Finance Manager and as Management Accountant you will contribute to the continuous improvement of finance.

This candidate MUST have NetSuite experience and be a qualified accountant.

The Role:

Produce concise, well presented management financial reports across the Group

Contribute to systems and workflow transformation improvements

Ensure accurate financial ledgers and clean Balance Sheet reconciliation

Implementation of new systems and robust processes

Financial system projects for robust reporting

Reconciliation of inter-company balances and month end consolidations

Assist with the production of Group entity accounting and internal reporting

Assist with month end close procedures

Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and VAT

Assist with the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures & internal controls

Commissions calculations

Populating data for regulatory submissions

Ad hoc projects

You will be or have a:

Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CA / CPA or equivalent)

Really good understanding of management accounts

Netsuite experience

Experienced in working in Foreign exchange, payments companies or Fintech within the wider Financial Services umbrella is advantageous
