This Antitrust Paralegal will be working with some of the most noted Antitrust / Competition Partners in Europe and you will be assisting both the London and Brussels lawyers across filings matters.
Antitrust Paralegal Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating information sharing across multinational Antitrust / Competition filings
- Organising and maintaining portfolio company data in anticipation of future filings and a searchable database of past filings
- Maintaining matter sites and various resources under attorney supervision
- Preparing filings for submissions to competition authorities and tracking the status of filings and expected clearance dates
- Assisting to draft pitches and business development material.
- Monitoring and tracking activity in the Antitrust market, updating and maintaining databases
Antitrust Paralegal Key Skills & Requirements:
- Educated to degree level
- At least 1+ years of recent transactional / Antitrust / Competition / merger control experience from a law firm or antitrust agency
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Power Point)
