JOB TITLE: Temporary ReceptionistLOCATION: Exeter
SALARY: £11.44 - £12.00
HOURS: Full time, 08.30am-5.30pm
ROLE: Temporary Showroom Receptionist
DUTIES:
- Handling incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate staff member
- Managing the reception area, maintaining a neat and organised work-space
- Making teas and coffees for clients and customers
- Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong IT skills
- Proactive and positive attitude, always eager to help and contribute to the team
