ROLE: Senior Commercial Contract and Procurement SolicitorLOCATION: Islington/Hybrid
Rate: £350 - £385.00 a day
Contract Length: 3 Months on going
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and management of procurement strategies, including competitive tendering, vendor selection, and contract award processes.Provide advice and support on dispute resolution processes, including contractual disputes, procurement challenges, and breach of contract claims.
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including supply contracts, service agreements, partnership agreements, licensing agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
About you:
3 years PQE in Commercial Contracts and Procurement Law.Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive with experience in Contract and Procurement Law.
Strong understanding of commercial objectives, business operations, and how legal issues affect business outcomes.
