Main duties of the job

Reporting into the General Manager – Estate Operations this role is pivotal in the design and implementation of a quality estates information framework that links into every activity under the Estates and Facilities umbrella. The role will involve developing data collections and data intelligence systems in partnership with Estates and Facilities Managers together with other Corporate and Operation services within the Trust.

The post holder will work closely with external agencies such as NHSE, DHSC and HMT to lead on corporate data collections and other external mandatory reporting mechanisms.

Previous NHS experience would be an advantage but not essential. The role is flexible with the ability to work between an office and home base.

The Estates Department provide a comprehensive Estate Management Service to all of the Trust’s properties. The purpose of this job is to assist the Estates Department to carry out or oversee the repair, maintenance or installation of plant, equipment and buildings belonging to the Trust.
