Financial Controller

Will Trevor of Robert Half is partnering with an Architecture firm in London, supporting the hire of a Financial Controller.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of financial accounting, including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures and internal controls to ensure compliance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
• Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Manage treasury functions, cash flow and investment activities.
• Manage multi-entity and multi-currency accounting operations, ensuring accurate consolidation and reporting.
• Oversee WIP accounting.
• Provide team management to direct reports.

What We're Looking For:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified.
• Team management essential to the growth of this business and role.
• Proficiency in accounting software, use of Sage and knowledge of Rapport3 advantageous.
