Payroll Administrator
Part time, temporary maternity cover

Clayesmore School, an independent co-educational day and boarding school in the heart of the beautiful Dorset countryside, is seeking to recruit an experienced Payroll Administrator to join the friendly and professional Finance team. The role will encompass the full array of payroll tasks, therefore the successful candidate will have experience of processing variable payroll information to deadlines, and have up to date knowledge of statutory payroll processes, excellent time management skills and a methodical and organised approach.
Ideally qualified AAT or CIPP, along with competent IT and effective communication skills, the successful candidate will have a flexible approach and enjoy working as part of a team.
The hours to be worked are up to an average of three days per week, however it is likely to be less during non-processing of payroll weeks, and may be slightly more when payroll processing is taking place. There needs to be a flexible approach to how the hours are worked depending on the payroll deadline each month.
