Correspondence Customer Service Agent
Marston Holdings Limited has an exciting opportunity for a Correspondence Customer Service Agent to join their team on a 6 Months Fixed Term contract.
As a Correspondence Customer Service Agent, you will play a vital role within our contact centre. You will be handling customer cases, creating, and responding to customer correspondence via email and post, escalating concerns and keeping records up to date.
We are looking for someone who is customer focused and has strong communication skills. You will receive support and coaching throughout your career to help you move through our development pathways and reach your full potential.
What we are looking for:
- Experience of handling high volume correspondence (post, letter and emails)
- Effective communication and organisational skills
- Good understanding and use of Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent attention to detail and grammar
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Comfortable working alone as well as part of a team
- Office-based
- Contract: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
