Cleaner and Cleaning Supervisor
- 30 per hour (Cleaner) or £13.05 per hour (Cleaning Supervisor) (not including holiday pay).
Abingdon School’s friendly and efficient housekeeping team has vacancies for a cleaner and a working cleaning supervisor. The successful candidates will be punctual, reliable and flexible with the ability to manage their time effectively in order to deliver a high standard of cleanliness.
For the cleaner position, experience in a similar role would be an advantage but is not essential as relevant training will be provided. The supervisor should have some experience of general cleaning duties and the ability to guide and provide feedback to other staff. The following shifts are available:
Cleaner:
Monday to Friday 05:30 - 08:30 am (15 hours per week) all year round. Salary £9,622.88 per year.
Cleaning Supervisor:
Monday to Friday 05:30 - 09:00 am (17.5 hours per week) working a total of 38.4 weeks per year during the school term time (34 weeks) plus an additional 4.4 weeks to be worked during Abingdon school holidays. Salary £10,522.21 per year.
