- Salary: £37,315 Basic + Additional £4.49 per hour for late shifts (4 hours)
- Hours: Rotating shifts: 07:00
- 15:30, 12:30
- 21:00 (8-hour shifts, 30 min unpaid lunch)
- Saturdays: Ad-hoc as required
- Option: Permanent days or late shifts available
- Bonus: £1,000 sign-on bonus + Overtime available!
We are currently seeking a Commercial Vehicle Technician on behalf of our Client, a globally recognised Supply Chain and Logistics leader based in the Southampton area.
The successful Commercial Vehicle Technician can expect a salary of up to £37,315 with OTE of circa £40,000.
Hours of work for this Commercial Vehicle Technician job are Rotating shifts: 07:00 - 15:30, 12:30 - 21:00 (8-hour shifts, 30 min unpaid lunch).
Our Client is looking for a Commercial Vehicle Technician to join their busy team, this is a full-time Commercial Vehicle Technician position and our Client is looking for an experienced Commercial Vehicle Technician.
Typical Duties of a Commercial Vehicle Technician for our client include, but are not limited to:
- Servicing, repair and Maintenance of HGVs or LCVs
- Completion of Job Sheets and Documentation
- Liaising with the Service Department and Parts Department
- Completion of MOT preparation
- Vehicle Inspection
Requirements of this Commercial Vehicle Technician vacancy:
- Previous working experience within a HGV Technician / LCV Fitter role
- Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Excellent mechanical knowledge
- A Class 1 Licence
