A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager for a company in the Gloucester Area that build a variety of special purpose machinery that is supplier Internationally.
With no day ever being the same the Sales Manager role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales function, including helping to shape and develop the company's short, medium and longer term strategies.
- Working with existing customers and developing new relationships.
- Ensuring the development of specific products and services that best fits the customer
- Presenting proposal and closing the sales that are best for the business needs.
- Project manage the sales of product through to acceptance and beyond.
- Flexibility to Travel both Nationally and Internationally.
- Experience in an Engineering Sales Environment (Specialist Machinery Preferred)
- Flexibility to Travel internationally when required
- Managing own diary and workload
- Experience contributing to the strategy of the business
- Attention to Detail
- Self-Motivated
