- Own and manage the CMMS system including maintenance planning, scheduling, and inventory management
- Maintain CMMS data including assets, inventory, and maintenance schedules
- Create daily and weekly maintenance schedules for technicians
- Analyse CMMS data to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
- Manage maintenance spares and inventory levels
- Raise purchase requests and support PO approval processes
- Coordinate with contractors for site visits, RAMS, permits, and service reports
- Raise permits and manage contractor bookings through internal systems
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience in work order planning and procurement within an engineering environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Process-driven with database/CMMS experience
- Ability to work independently and prioritize workload effectively
- Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude
- Experience in maintenance planning and inventory management
- Experience using SAP and SSG Insight Agility
- Background in a maintenance engineering environment
- No formal qualification required
- Planning or maintenance coordination experience preferred
