Role
We’re looking for a commercially minded and analytically driven Senior Performance Marketing Executive to take ownership of our multi channel acquisition strategy across both traditional platforms like YouTube, Google (PMAX, Demand Gen, UAC, Search, Shopping) and Pinterest, as well as testing new and emerging channels e.g. Reddit, Quora etc.
This is a key role focused on performance at scale. You’ll be responsible for hitting ambitious acquisition and engagement goals, with a sharp focus on customer LTV, CAC efficiency, and payback periods. You should be comfortable designing and running robust A/B and incrementality tests, identifying optimisations across creative, audience, and channel mix, and uncovering insights that drive compounding impact.
As part of our full funnel growth engine, you’ll also play a critical role in shaping mid and upper funnel strategies where measurement is less direct, but just as important. You’ll be expected to work with product and engineering, data teams and analytics tools to help quantify the halo effect of upper and mid funnel marketing campaigns on downstream performance.This role blends strategic thinking, hands on execution, and strong cross functional collaboration to unlock sustainable growth across web and app based user journeys.
Responsibilities:
- Lead campaign strategy and execution across YouTube, Google (PMAX, Demand Gen) Pinterest, Reddit, Quora and other emerging performance channels.
- Monitor and optimise performance across core paid search and shopping campaigns.
- Build and optimise App Campaigns (UAC) with a focus on driving efficient installs, in app events and long term value.
- Drive mid and upper funnel activity, including brand awareness, consideration and intent driven strategies.
- Leverage first and third party data to build relevant audience segments and retargeting strategies.
- Develop and test creatives, landing pages and messaging strategies in collaboration with design and brand marketing teams.
- Understand, analyse and communicate performance across different attribution models, with a focus on LTV/CAC
- Stay ahead of digital trends and platform changes, bringing innovative testing ideas to the team.
- Collaborate cross functionally with paid social, organic social, brand marketing and design teams to ensure channel alignment and full funnel coherence.
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on growing user volume and revenue from YouTube, Google (PMAX, UAC, Demand Gen) and Pinterest
- Working knowledge of paid social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), paid search and Google shopping and how they integrate into a broader performance marketing strategy.
- Deep understanding of upper funnel measurement, incrementality, brand lift and LTV/CAC reporting and optimisation.
- Experience working with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) and interpreting multi touch attribution data.
- Comfortable analysing data, building dashboards and translating insights into action.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross functional initiatives.
- Growth mindset with a desire to test, learn, iterate and scale across all areas of performance marketing.
