About Our Client

Our client is a growing organisation in the Education and Training industry based in Derby. This role is an Operations Manager in the Education and Training industry.

• Oversee and manage operational and day to day procedures within the organisation.
• Setting KPIs and targets
• Over seeing and managing a team of 12 employees
• Completing appraisals with employees
• Leading, coaching and mentoring employees
• Implement strategic initiatives to achieve organisational objectives.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and report on operational performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organisational policies.
• Manage and lead a team, promoting a positive working environment.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement changes where necessary.

• Prior experience in a management role
• Ability to lead a team and manage expectations
• Proven track record of strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience managing KPIs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and guidelines.
• This role will be fully office based but flexibility on hours

• A competitive salary of between £50,000 and £60,000 per annum.
