In this leadership role, you'll work closely with the Therapies Lead to manage and mentor a dynamic team of physiotherapists while advancing your own professional growth. Key Responsibilities:
Take the lead in physiotherapy assessments and design comprehensive treatment plans for patients with complex neurological conditions, including Traumatic Brain Injury TBI, Stroke, neurodegenerative diseases, and spinal cord injuries.Lead clinical audits, gather and analyze outcome measures, and implement evidence-based practices to improve patient care.
Conduct clinical risk assessments, identifying potential challenges and implementing effective risk management strategies.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff, fostering their professional development and ensuring the highest clinical standards are maintained.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care delivery.
Qualifications & Experience:
Degree in Physiotherapy with active HCPC registration.Minimum of 3 years of post-graduation experience in neurological physiotherapy, with hands-on expertise in treating patients with neurological conditions.
Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
Strong commitment to Continuous Professional Development CPD and staying current with best practices in neurorehabilitation.
