Job Description
Accounts Assistant:
- Manage daily transactions, including expenses, income, and payroll.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
- Conduct regular ledger maintenance and reconciliation activities.
- Support the team in budget preparation and audit processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the team to improve financial processes and systems.
- Help in resolving financial discrepancies and queries.
- Provide administrative support as needed within the Accounting & Finance department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- A strong academic background in accounting or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- A good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to liaise with other departments.
