Many of our students have SEND or have experienced school exclusion. We work across London, providing 1:1 and small group teaching in homes, centres, and libraries – always striving to reignite a love of learning in our students.

We will be interviewing applicants as and when we receive successful applications - so don’t delay in sending your application!

  • Oversee the progress of assigned students, support qualification entries (Functional Skills, GCSE, etc.), and manage assessment and reporting requirements.
  • Engage with students using creative and personalised approaches to meet their academic and emotional needs.
  • Be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team committed to safeguarding, inclusion, and innovation in education.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay rates with regular progression
  • A culture of promotion from within (our senior leadership team all started in entry level positions)
  • Ongoing professional development, tailored to your ambitions and interests
  • Regular socials and staff clubs, a supportive and friendly culture
  • Competitive Pension scheme
  • Mental Health and Wellbeing Facilities and Support from our in house Wellbeing Team
  • Access to hundreds of company discounts, including gym membership, cinema tickets and fashion.

Essential:

  • An honours degree or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Experience delivering high-quality English lessons, ideally across KS3–KS4.
  • Knowledge of current English curriculum, SEN practices, and alternative pedagogies.

  • Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
  • A creative, flexible, and proactive approach.

Desirable:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Degree or A-level in English.
  • Experience teaching students with behavioural and/or SEN needs.
  • Background in a creative, therapeutic, or alternative education setting.
