Responsibilities
Pay: £26,071.00-£28,726.00 per year
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests, crafting delicious beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. You will be responsible for managing the bar area efficiently while ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Ability to create new and innovative beverages and garnishes.
- Good people skills and ability to upsell.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is clean and well-maintained.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
- Manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as necessary, and assisting with ordering when required.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks.
- Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service standards.
- Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to create rapport with customers.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs.
- A proactive attitude towards helping colleagues and guests alike.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
