Your new role
As the Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for the development and daily operations of the company. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Promoting a caring environment aligned with high professional standards.
- Recruiting, managing, and supporting the care team.
- Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations.
- Managing client assessments and care plans.
- Providing on-call support during evenings and weekends.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience in domiciliary care, ideally as an Assistant Manager or Care Manager.
- A Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- A commitment to continuous training and personal development.
- A UK Driving Licence and be able to drive.
