Do you have lived experience of a disability, neurodevelopmental condition, mental health difficulties, dementia, trauma or distress - either as a patient or a carer - and feel passionate about making sure patient voices are at the heart of services?

To achieve this, we are looking for a person who has experience in utilising their lived experience of receiving support from health care providers to become our Expert by Experience (EBE) co-ordinator.
As an EBE co-ordinator, you’ll have very strong organisation abilities to work with partner agencies to recruit, train and support EBEs so that they can help to co-create services, systems and Trust materials within our organisation and to ensure that coproduction is embedded in all programmes of work.
You’ll be supported by and work closely with the Expert by Experience Developmental Lead and other programme and project leads to support the designing of Co-production opportunities for EBEs to participate in.
