Within this Commercial Litigation Solicitor role, you will be working across a caseload of possession proceedings, occupation issues, injunctions and providing advice to Receivers.The successful candidate will ideally have 7+ years’ PQE, is able to hit the ground running and is ambitious with their long-term career plans.
