An exciting opportunity has arisen for a junior commercial lawyer to join an innovative technology business with a global footprint. Your New Role:
This is a newly created Legal Counsel role, reporting to the Group General Counsel & Co Sec as part of a small and hugely influential team. Working closely with business stakeholders including sales, commercial and finance, you will manage and mitigate legal risks, negotiate crucial commercial agreements in the interests of the business and support strategic objectives.Contracts will include SaaS, MSAs, licensing and supplier agreements, while you will also advise on ad hoc IP, privacy and legal compliance matters as they arise. The hiring manager is looking to mentor the successful candidate, so you will have an exceptional platform to build your in-house career.

About You:
You will be an E&W qualified commercial lawyer with at least two years’ PQE (as a guide only) and ideally some in-house experience in a tech or sales orientated environment, including SaaS. You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere and be of a solutions-focused mentality.You will be hungry to learn and develop yourself and be able to work from the NW London offices on a hybrid basis.
