The Role:

Select Car Leasing Glasgow is part of the UK’s largest vehicle leasing broker, supplying business and personal leasing on cars and vans to customers across the UK.
As part of our growth plans, we want to recruit 2 top performing salespeople to join our Select Car Leasing team in Scotland.
We are looking for salespeople who are very driven, have good communication skills and give great customer service.

We have the systems, admin and sales support to assist the successful candidates. Full training will be provided on sales, procedures and finance products to make sure you have all the tools required to perform and be successful.

Responsibilities:

  • Deal with incoming sales enquiries by telephone and email
  • Advise customers on our current leasing offers
  • Qualify customers in order to offer them the most suitable lease product and vehicle
  • Run quotes on our various finance systems to tailor quotes for customers
  • Liaise with our preferred dealers to source vehicles for your customers

Skills & Experience Required:

  • At least 1 year of vehicle sales or leasing sales experience.
  • Ability and desire to sell
  • Tenacity to pursue leads, overcome obstacles, and close deals
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with customers
  • Good numeracy skills

Salary: £20k basic + OTE of £40k - £50k. No ceiling to the potential earnings in this position but year 1 OTE should be circa £35k - £40k.
