Salary: Up to £21,500
40 hours per week
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our client's dynamic and fun nursery team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early years education and childcare, demonstrating a nurturing and compassionate approach when working with young children.
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will spend your days deeply engaging with young children, utilizing play-based learning to facilitate their development. You will collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure each child's unique needs are met, contributing to a warm and inclusive nursery environment that supports the growth and well-being of every child.
Qualifications- Level 3 in Early Years or above qualification, demonstrating a strong understanding of early childhood education principles.
- Proven experience in a nursery or early childhood education setting, showcasing a nurturing and supportive approach to working with young children.
- Genuine passion for facilitating children's development and a commitment to creating a nurturing environment for their growth.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with children, colleagues, and parents.
- Strong understanding of diversity, equality, and inclusion in early years education, promoting an inclusive environment for all children.
