Caretaker Part Time
The starting salary will be £9,734 (£24,011 full time equivalent) depending on experience. Please note - you will be van sharing as part of the role. As a Caretaker youll provide a cleaning service in one of our estates in Swindon. What youll do: Internal cleaning within communal areas Keeping stair wells clean and tidyChecking on bin areas and ensure these are kept clean and tidyManage storage areaAnswer enquiries on estate matters from tenants and prospective tenants and refer to therelevant Housing Officer where appropriate To be successful in this role you will have: Previous experience within a similar role with the general publicAble to demonstrate a high level of customer careThe ability and knowledge to carry out cleaning works using the appropriate equipmentAbility to work with a minimum of supervision, prioritise tasks and co-operate with colleaguesA willingness to undertake training as identified.
