Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support to individuals with mental health needsAssist in developing and implementing individual care plans

Requirements:
Experience in mental health care or support workStrong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations

A valid DBS checkRelevant training certificates (e.g., PMVA, First Aid)
Desirable:
Previous experience as a Mental Health Support WorkerFamiliarity with mental health conditions and support strategies
