Requirements:
Full clean driver's liscenceCommitment to shiftwork
A genuine empathy for young people and their backgrounds, with a passion to support their futures

Salary of £30,000 - £35,000Full-time contract
40 days annual leave

Responsibilities of the Therapeutic Residential Worker:
Ensuring to help the children with their emotional, physical and developmental needs.Display yourself as an appropriate role model
Demonstrate a positive attitude, empathy and resilience
Encourage positive life experiences for the children
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000Location: Smeeth, Ashford
