Maths Teacher
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Maths Teacher to join a dynamic team at a vibrant school. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire students and develop their confidence in mathematics, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will teach KS3 & KS4 (KS5 if applicable), delivering engaging and challenging lessons that promote problem-solving, logical thinking, and mathematical fluency. This role begins March 2025.
Duties as a Maths Teacher:
- Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging maths lessons.
- Support students in preparing for GCSE and A-Level exams (if applicable).
- Use a variety of teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted support.
- Promote a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and confidence in maths.
- Contribute to the development of the maths curriculum and extracurricular activities.
Ideal Maths Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- Experience or enthusiasm for teaching maths at secondary level.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for helping students succeed
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills as a Maths Teacher.
