Finance assistant/Account assistant required for a company in Coventry.

Duties Include:
  • Assist with a variety finance duties including maintaining purchase and sales ledgers
  • Purchase invoice processing
  • Sales invoice processing
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Supplier payment runs & processing banking transactions
  • Assisting with staff expenses and company credit cards
  • Bank reconciliations for UK and foreign accounts
  • Maintenance of data in the finance system
  • Assist with maintaining the fixed asset register
  • Month end procedures
  • Ad-hoc duties and any project work as required for the smooth running of the department.
Ideally you will have experience of purchase ledger / sales ledger, experience of bank reconciliations, foreign currency knowledge and knowledge of sage line 50.

This is a part time role with hours from 20-30hours
