Administration Coordinator | University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
We are seeking to recruit for an Administration Coordinator for the Breast department at University College London Hospital based at 250 Euston Road.
The ideal candidate will have specific responsibility for delivering a high quality support to the Breast Department, the post holder will be expected to provide administration support to the Breast service and to arrange appointments, elective admissions and general administration support to the department.
This vacancy has been advertised in accordance with the new NHS pay rate which will take effect from autumn 2024. Please note if your employment starts before the 24/25 pay scales are implemented you will be paid under the 23/24 pay scales and any backpay will be adjusted accordingly.Further information can be found at https://www.nhsemployers.org/articles/pay-scales-202425
You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility and ability to prioritise is essential.You will find it second nature to organise, prioritise and meet deadlines within your own workload and that of your team, and therefore a pro-active approach is a must.
