Part Time Housing Administrator - Neway International

Neway is looking for an Administrator to join our client based with Sutton Council.

This role is starting on the 13th November, working part time 25 hours a week, initially for a 3 month contract that is likely to be extended.

We have a part time position in our Home Ownership Team. The role includes:

Prepare and send responses to management packs and pre-assignment enquiries from solicitors, taking responsibility for the accuracy of the information

Act as the first point of contact for residents and colleagues on all aspects of leaseholder resales

Be responsible and able to respond to correspondence and write standard and non-standard letters on sometimes complex matters.

General administration duties, including managing data and email in boxes and covering the team phone lines.
