Commercial Plumber
Our client based in the North East have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Plumber to join their team on a permanent basis.
Job Description:
- Handling plumbing emergencies efficiently and professionally.
- Performing planned preventive maintenance (PPM) in accordance with maintenance specifications.
- Installing, repairing, and replacing pipes, drainage systems, sinks, toilets, and heating and cooling systems.
- Completing all relevant paperwork.
- Testing and inspection.
- Performing routine maintenance of plumbing systems within high security prisons.
Person Specification:
- Must have a valid CSCS Card.
- Must have proven experience of working on commercial maintenance projects.
- Must have NVQ 3 or equivalent.
- Must have a clean criminal record and no CCJ's/Black marks on a credit report.
- Must have a full UK driving license.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Can pass a CRB check.
- Ability to use own initiative.
- Desirable; manual handling, working at Height and face fit certificates.
- Must have commercial plumbing experience
