Broadwick Spaces is a business that is composed of three divisions: Broadwick Spaces, Broadwick Partner Spaces and Spaces & Stories. The Broadwick Spaces division includes venues we own or lease and host client events as well as music and culture.

The Broadwick Partner Spaces includes venues we manage or operate with external partners; they focus on client hires. Spaces & Stories is a venue portfolio sales agency.

What we’re looking for:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead and manage our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of overseeing large-scale campaigns, driving growth, and leading the team to deliver creative, data-driven marketing solutions.

You will be responsible for defining and executing marketing strategies that align with our business objectives, ensuring the team delivers high-quality content, brand awareness, and digital growth. You will act as the primary marketing leader, ensuring seamless collaboration across the team and other departments.

What you’ll be accountable and responsible for:

Team Leadership & Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, ensuring they deliver on their objectives across content creation, marketing strategy, and digital growth.
  • Set clear performance goals, ensure team alignment, and provide regular feedback to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with the Managing Director and other senior leaders to align marketing efforts with broader business goals.

Strategic Marketing Planning:

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy, ensuring a seamless integration of content, digital marketing, and traditional marketing approaches.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all communications.
  • Define the marketing roadmap, including project timelines, resource allocation, and performance metrics to track effectiveness.

Campaign & Brand Management:

  • Lead high-impact marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales conversions.
  • Collaborate with the in-house design and creative teams to develop compelling visual content that aligns with our brand and marketing objectives.
  • Ensure the team produces content that enhances our portfolio of venues and services to drive enquiries and conversions.

Digital Strategy & Performance:

  • Work closely with the team to develop and optimise digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to refine digital strategies, enhance user experience, and improve ROI.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in digital marketing, incorporating innovation into strategies.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

  • Partner with sales, development, and operational teams to ensure cohesive marketing execution across all touchpoints.
  • Act as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment between marketing strategies and company goals.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Track and report on key marketing metrics, including campaign performance, audience engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Use data analytics to continuously improve the marketing strategy and adjust based on insights.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring maximum efficiency and ROI.

You’ll need to have:

  • Proven experience in leading and managing marketing teams with diverse functions (content creation, digital marketing, brand management).
  • Strong experience in developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Passion for staying on top of marketing trends and using innovative strategies to drive growth.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience in managing marketing for venues, events, or cultural spaces.
  • Understanding of CRM platforms and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).
  • Experience working with B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
