Key Responsibilities of the Production Manager:
Lead and embed lean manufacturing methodologies including 5S, VSM, and OEEInspire and develop production teams through strong people management and mentoring
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and ISO quality standards
Collaborate cross-functionally to meet output and quality targets, occasionally deputising for senior operations leadership
Drive continuous improvement across all production areas to increase efficiency and reduce waste
What We’re Looking For:
A proven track record as a Production Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing settingStrong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire high performance
Experience implementing continuous improvement and lean manufacturing strategies
A results-driven mindset with a passion for process excellence
