The Recruitment Co are hiring a Sales Office Manager for our client based in Durham.

About the Role:

In this pivotal position, you'll lead the Sales Estimating & Project Scheduling team, driving success in the fast-paced world of high-compliance, made-to-order products for the UK construction market. If you've previously managed a pricing and project planning team in a manufacturing setting, this is your chance to shine!

What You'll Do:

  • Lead & Inspire: Guide the talented team through the entire project lifecycle, from initial inquiries to project handover.
  • Uncover Opportunities: Network with a diverse customer base to discover and develop new sales opportunities.
  • Streamline Processes: Ensure seamless workflow management by diagnosing inefficiencies and championing best practices.
  • Communicate Effectively: Facilitate timely information exchange between customers and internal teams, ensuring on-time and full project delivery.
  • Prioritise & Allocate: Set project priorities, manage deadlines, and allocate resources to ensure success across multiple initiatives.

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
