Senior HR Manager

Adecco is delighted to be recruiting for a Senior HR Manager on behalf of our global manufacturing client based in Maryport. Their products are recognised worldwide for quality and innovation.
The Role:This is a key site-based role supporting both office and manufacturing teams. You'll lead a small HR team and be part of the Site Leadership Team, responsible for driving the people agenda, managing change, and ensuring all HR processes, systems, and policies are robust, compliant, and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Global HR and site leadership to deliver HR strategy
- Lead workforce planning, recruitment, succession, and talent development
- Support organisational change and culture development
- Oversee onboarding, training, ER, HR policies, and compliance
- Maintain Workday HRIS and report KPIs to site/global teams
- Coach, mentor and manage HR team
- Chair JCC meetings and lead employee engagement initiatives
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent experience
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards - desirable)
- Significant HR experience in manufacturing
- Strong UK Employment Law knowledge
- Workday and MS Office proficiency
- Proven leadership, coaching and influencing skills
