The Client:
Our client is a leading Healthcare Company, serving diverse sectors including aviation, construction, engineering, manufacturing, retail, utilities, and the emergency services.
The Role:
As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will provide case management services for referrals related to attendance, fitness for work, and OH advice requests.
Duties:
Produce professional, evidence-based written reports.Advise on OH legislative requirements and best practices.
Conduct fitness medicals and health surveillance per protocols.
Evaluate medical and surveillance results, providing fitness advice and escalating as needed.
Provide additional OH services like vaccinations and health promotion when competent.
Supervise and support team members, including OH Technicians.
Requirements:
Previously worked as an Occupational Health Advisor or in a similar role.
Have a valid NMC PINSkilled in: Spirometry, Audiometry, General Medicals, Drug and Alcohol Screening, Case Management, Fitness for Role Assessments
Shift:
Full-time hybrid position: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to FridayPart-time hybrid position: 30 hours over 4 days 3 days on-site, 1 day remote
