Sales Coordinator (Import/ Export)

Brook Street are looking for a Sales Coordinator (Import/ Export) for a family run business who are going through a period of growth.

You will be responsible for processing orders, dealing with customer paperwork, generating new business quotations and handling customer queries.

Hours: Office based (PE2), Monday to Thursday 8:45am - 16:45, with early finish Fridays 4pm

Salary from £27,000+ bonus scheme

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a team to manage the day-to-day queries and sales for both UK and non UK business
• Dealing with import and export customs and shipping documentation
• Develop, document, and constantly improve export processes and procedures and embed these across the business
• Creating quotations and keeping customers up to date with orders/ shipments
• Sales order processing and buying stock as required
• Work with marketing to target new customers and research market opportunities for our sectors overseas and use Linked In to target new customers

• SAGE 200
