My client, based in Wokingham, is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team. This is an exciting time to join a company that offers progression!

Duties include:

  • Speaking to customers via phone and email.
  • Assisting with enquiries and taking orders.
  • Processing orders.
  • Liaising with other teams.
  • Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks.
  • Updating the systems and keeping the database up to date.
  • Other ad hoc tasks as and when required.

Essential criteria:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good IT skills including MS Office.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload.

Desirable:

  • Customer Service, Administration or Sales Support experience.
  • Experience using a CRM.
