My client, based in Wokingham, is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team. This is an exciting time to join a company that offers progression!
Duties include:
- Speaking to customers via phone and email.
- Assisting with enquiries and taking orders.
- Processing orders.
- Liaising with other teams.
- Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks.
- Updating the systems and keeping the database up to date.
- Other ad hoc tasks as and when required.
Essential criteria:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good IT skills including MS Office.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload.
Desirable:
- Customer Service, Administration or Sales Support experience.
- Experience using a CRM.
