This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service.As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the College’s catering services.

From maintaining cleanliness in the kitchens and service areas to assisting with stock management and food preparation, your contributions will directly impact the quality of service we provide to our learners and staff.Key ResponsibilitiesClean and maintain floors, equipment, crockery, cutlery, and utensils in kitchens and service areas.Lay up and clear dining furniture and counters.Manage waste disposal, including transporting waste to environmental facilities.Unload deliveries and place stock in specified areas.Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health & safety policies, maintaining a safe working environment.Transport catering items on trolleys in a controlled manner.Provide courteous and efficient customer service to all College stakeholders.Maintain high personal hygiene standards and wear a clean uniform at all times.Work flexibly, undertaking other catering-related duties as required.What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for individuals who are dynamic, flexible, and passionate about delivering excellent service.
