ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls and direct them to appropriate personnel.
Handle inquiries and resolve basic issues or refer clients to the correct departments.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members as needed.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
Provide up-to-date information about the organization's services and programs.
RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration or customer service preferred.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities efficiently.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in using office equipment and software, including MS Office Suite.
Professional appearance and demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £15.44
Location: Southwark, South East London
