Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Engineering Supervisor will lead and coordinate our maintenance team, this is a ‘hands-on’ role where task/job support, guidance and coaching will be delivered by working closely with the team. This role involves overseeing facility upkeep, optimizing equipment reliability, managing projects, and controlling costs through continuous improvement and data analysis.
As a key player in BEX projects, engineering, and operations, you will be responsible for planning and executing projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining cost control. You will develop and implement strategies, systems, and best practices to enhance operational performance and safety, utilizing world-class operating standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate maintenance team activities.- Ensure facility maintenance and equipment reliability.
- Manage projects, optimizing costs and efficiency.
- Contribute to BEX projects and engineering initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies for safe and efficient operations.
This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a strategic mindset to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of Engineering experience, numerous engineering courses followed. Apprentice trained.
- HNC in electrical / mechanical or equivalent engineering certification
- 5 years of related experience in maintenance, process, or project roles, and had at least 2-3 years’ experience in a Supervisory role and operations experience
