Nursery Manager – Busy Bees Cheadle Hulme (Good Ofsted Rating)

If you hold a Level 3 childcare qualification and have at least two years of leadership experience in an early years setting, we’d love to hear from you.

Role Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding childcare

- Maintain full compliance and a safe learning environment
- Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively
- Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the community
- Support staff development and promote best practic
Required Qualifications:
About You- Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB, BTEC, CACHE, NVQ)
- Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Manager
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Passionate about delivering high‑quality early years education
