Configuration Engineering Support (Defence) - Stevenage

This role requires SC Clearance and British nationality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configuration Control: Manage configuration control processes, ensuring all design changes are accurately documented and implemented.
• Technical Data Management: Handle technical data management, including the interpretation of technical data and Bills of Materials for large and complex product assemblies.
• Configuration Management Documentation: Prepare and handle Configuration Management documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of configuration management with other project components.
• Project Support: Provide support for various projects, ensuring timely delivery from requirement to completion.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in configuration engineering, particularly within the defence sector.
• Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Configuration Control and Technical Data Management, and familiarity with Configuration Management principles.
• Security Clearance: Must be SC Cleared and a British National.
