IT Technical Business Analyst

DWF are looking for an IT Technical Business Analyst to join our team of world class customer focused business process, workflow & systems analysts in an international Legal Services business as they embark on a number of business critical projects.
If successful, you will work with business users across the firm to identify requirements, analyse problems/opportunities with the view to designing and configuring digital legal processes and workflows on a new low-code SaaS Case Management System, part of new suite of high quality, fully integrated platforms in an exciting programme of Digital Transformation.
We offer flexible working, although you will be required to commute to Manchester on occasion when required.
Please note, this is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
Responsibilities:
- Working through the entire implementation lifecycle, from initial requirements workshops to configuration, testing, and training.
- Focusing on customer engagement and end-user experience by gathering high-quality business and technical requirements to improve IT services and identifying opportunities for new solutions.
- Configuring business processes in a low-code Case Management System, including phase plans, forms, data workflows, and portal pages, while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and integration needs.
- Collaborating with Dev/Product teams to design and implement enhanced features and widgets, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
- Supporting the effective embedding of new systems, processes, and ways of working within business operations, working alongside a dedicated Change and Training Team.
- Designing feedback mechanisms to identify trends and opportunities for continual improvement, rationalising, standardising, streamlining, and simplifying services for end users.
What will help you succeed in this role? :
Essential- Specialist knowledge of Legal Case & Matter Management Systems with a focus on the end user experience.
- Experience as a Technical Business Analyst/ Business Analyst, designing and delivering solutions and solutions aligned with a business's strategy and culture.
- Proven experience in successfully managing end-to-end change processes, from understanding customer needs to testing, implementation, and communications, while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, and service providers.
- Insurance and/or Legal knowledge.
- Specialist knowledge of ShareDo and/or 3E
