Machine Operative

Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading component manufacturer in their search for a Machine Operative to join their Ruabon-based team.

For the successful Machine Operative our client is offering:

• £11.44 per hour, rising to £11.90 per hour after 12 weeks
• Monday - Friday - Day shift (8 am-4.30 pm)
• Temporary ongoing role with a view of going permanent
• Full training provided along with progression opportunities
• The role will likely move to shifts in the future (Paying £12.59 rising to £13.49)

The role - Machine Operative:

• Operating manufacturing machines in line with set standards
• Operating and setting up various manufacturing machinery
• General cleaning duties
• General support with the production operatives when required
• Working to timed productions KPIs
• Powder mixing

What our client is looking for in a Machine Operative:

• Previous experience operating manufacturing machinery - ESSENTIAL
• Previous quality control experience
• Keen to work as part of a team
• Steady work history
