Your role at TTS 24-7 Senior Recruitment Consultancy is not just about building great relationships; it's about fulfilling the daily requirements of our current clients with the exceptional team of candidates we've assembled.You will also play a crucial role in business development, sharing our services to new clients and developing existing. You will support the recruitment process – attracting, retaining, and interviewing candidates for specific roles.
As a Senior Consultant you will have autonomy with your team, sharing your experiences and expertise to help build and develop a strong team. Leading and coaching them daily to meet targets and KPI’S.
We are looking for a strong recruiter to help build and maintain business in our present sectors, but also develop our Commercial/Office sector.
We have great long term opportunities available for the right Recruiter, in helping build and manage the business long term.
Earn what you deserve with a competitive salary ranging from a basic salary of £30,000-£41,000 o.t.e salary as an uncapped bonus structure. Your success directly impacts your earnings – the sky's the limit!Working Monday to Friday 08.30-17.00, Holiday 29 days per week.

Building Relationships: Forge strong connections with existing and new clients and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment journey.Client Fulfilment: Meet the daily requirements of our current clients by matching them with our exceptional pool of candidates. Building new relationships, with face-to-face client meeting providing a solution to all their recruitment needs whether perm or temp recruitment.
Recruitment Aspect: Take an active role in the recruitment process, attracting, retaining, and interviewing candidates for specific roles.
