Our Merlin Magic Making (MMM) division is at the heart of this mission, crafting and delivering the creative ideas that captivate millions.We're looking for a talented Creative Operations Manager to join the team for a 10 month FTC and play a pivotal role in overseeing the seamless end-to-end delivery of our creative projects.
As the Creative Operations Manager, you’ll act as the central point of contact for a dedicated business unit, ensuring that creative projects run smoothly from initial briefing through to delivery and handover. You’ll collaborate closely with creative, project delivery and finance teams, as well as senior leadership, to streamline workflows, manage resources and ensure timely delivery of milestones.Your role will also focus on embedding and championing the MMM Operations function within the business, creating a collaborative and efficient environment for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Project Oversight: Lead the project flow, resource allocation and reporting for creative teams, ensuring visibility across all projects.
- Workflow & Slate Management: Oversee the pipeline for your dedicated operational group, ensuring clear visibility of timelines, milestones and risks.
- Creative Workflow Leadership: Own the creative workflow for Tier 1 projects, mapping out the process from briefing to delivery and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as the linchpin between strategic plans and project execution.
- Operational Excellence: Implement best practices, tools, and technologies to optimise workflows, standardise processes and drive efficiencies across the MMM function.
Qualifications & Experience:

- Proven experience in workflow and project management within a creative agency, project delivery environment, or similar setting.
- Expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and systems.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and workflows.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and maintain client relationships.
- Analytical thinking with a pragmatic approach to solving complex problems.
- Proficiency in project management software and a keen eye for process improvement opportunities.
