Our client is a large organisation in logistics and are looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join their team in Sutton Coldfield.

Job Description

Oversee and coordinate the maintenance, repair, and service of vehicles within the fleet.
Ensure the fleet's operations align with the company's logistics strategy.
Maintain compliance with government regulations related to transportation and safety.
Develop operational efficiency metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
Coordinate training and development initiatives for fleet personnel.
Manage fleet-related vendors and suppliers.
Contribute to budget development and oversight.
Prepare and present reports on fleet performance and costs.

Experience working in logistics and transport industry
Can work in a fast paced and pressured environment
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
